The trial is on Norman Shepherds land at Fellbeck. If you come through Pateley Bridge keep S.O. the B6165 towards Harrogate. In Glasshouses turn left onto the B6265 for Ripon. Signposted from the Half Moon
Inn.
If you are coming from thr Skipton - Harrogate road turn left at the B6451 upto Summerbridge and then SO across the B6165 until it joins the B6265 Ripon road. Turn left and its about a mile to the Half Moon Inn, following the signs to the car park.
Robin Hood, Silsden/East Morton Road
From Skipton, Colne, Settle. Onto Aire Valley Trunk Road A629. At next Roundabout LEFT onto A6034 for Silsden. After filling station, RIGHT before Pedestrian Crossing onto HOWDEN ROAD, (for East Morton) Stay on this road until top of steep hill, then LEFT up Farm Track.
From Addingham, Ilkley. Into Silsden, LEFT after second Pedestrian Crossing onto HOWDEN ROAD. Then as above.
From Bradford. Through BINGLEY to CROSS FLATS. ½ mile after Railway Bridge RIGHT onto Morton Lane. Go over canal to mini roundabout S.O. into STREET LANE (for Silsden), Stay on this road for approx 3 miles. Then RIGHT onto Farm Track Just Before Steep Hill.
From Halifax. First RIGHT after Denholme for BINGLEY. Turn LEFT at Traffic Lights in BINGLEY (Fire station). Then as above (from Bradford).
Nab End, Sowerby Bridge
Take Sowerby New Road after going under railway bridge. At end of Town Gate straight on along Dob Lane and left up Steep Lane to Travellers Rest PH. Take next Right along unmetalled road to course.
Lord Lane, Haworth
At top of main road in Haworth, take Right on Tim Lane along side Woolen Mill shop into Lord Lane. Course down hill on Right
Rogerham Gate, Nelson
From Nelson take Halifax road through Brierfield towards Haggot Crossroads. Straight On and follow road with care, after slight rise road bends right towards Pub. At this bend go straight on up minor road and carry on to course at top of hill.
Hagg Farm, Skipton
From Skipton take the Grassington road – B6265 After passing the Craven Heifer PH. look out for gated track on Right, this is on a slight left bend on the main road.
Sky Raikes, Skipton
Go past Hagg Farm Turning, After next Right Hand Bend in road, small lay-by on left, turn Left just after lay-by. At top of hill Sky Raikes Gate on Right CLOSE GATE after going through, proceed straight on track to start area.
Moon Edge, (Surgill) Cowling
From Aire Valley trunk road take road for Colne through Crosshills and Glusburn. After Dog & Gun PH take next Right signed Back Lane Ends. Carry on up Cowling Hill to top of rise, look for markings for course on Right.
Greenhow, Pateley Bridge
From the Miners Arms take road towards Pateley Bridge, take the Left minor road opposite Quarry entrance. Follow road down - closing gates behind you to the valley bottom - The start area can not be seen from main road.
Manor Farm, Glusburn
From, Halifax, Keighley, Skipton go through Cross Hills on A6068, Look for Police Station on Right, Turn Right at this junction Weatlands Road, after approx half mile it becomes Lothersdale Road. Trial on right approx one mile up Lothersdale Road,
From Lancashire turn Left at Police Station, then as above.
Lumb Water Fall, Cowling
From Halifax, Keighley, Skipton. To Cowling on A6068 at top of Cowling Village sharp left hand bend, (lay-by and toilets on right, church clock in front), take second LEFT approx ¾ mile, onto Park Lane, proceed S.O. road becomes an unmade track, follow this to Start area.
From Lancashire on A6068 from Colne. After Lancashire/ Yorkshire Border sign take first RIGHT onto REEDSHAW LANE, at Tee junction turn RIGHT onto Park Lane, then as above.
Cawder Ghyll, Skipton
From Settle, Harrogate, Ilkley on A65, then onto A629 signed Keighley, at next Roundabout LEFT for Skipton A6131. After Hanover Hotel take FIRST RIGHT over small canal bridge, then Fork RIGHT onto Cawder Lane. Go straight up Lane to start area.
From Keighley, on A629 for Skipton, off A629, take A613I for Skipton, then as above.
Branshaw Quarry, Keighley
From Bradford, Skipton, Halifax, Colne, into Keighley on A629. At Roundabout on Halifax Road Take B143 signed Oakworth, after approx half-mile take Right at junction with traffic island, phone box FELL LANE. Carry on this road for approx two mile, Branshaw Quarry on LEFT (in middle of left hand bend).
Whinburn Farm, Utley, Keighley
From Colne, Skipton, Right at end of Aire Valley Trunk Road, 200 yards to next Roundabout take right onto B6265. First LEFT Green Head Road, at top of Green Head Road over mini roundabouts onto Hollins Lane. After last house on right take farm road on left.
From Halifax, straight through Keighley on A629 at Roundabout straight on to B6265, then as above.
From Bradford, after McDonalds drive in, on A65 go Straight on at next Roundabout, go RIGHT at next roundabout. Onto B6265, then as all others.

From Skipton, Keighley, through Denholme on A629 for Halifax, stay on A629 to traffic lights at top of Thornton Rd. Straight on through lights, (From Bradford turn left ). Take RIGHT turn into PER LANE at Cross Roads after Moorlands Inn on left. Take sharp RIGHT at bottom of hill onto Mill Lane, Keep on this road until you come to a Cross Roads, with Cross Roads Inn on your right. Turn RIGHT. Then at next junction Delvers Pub turn LEFT, proceed straight on this road to Castle Carr, Gate Houses, through arc and gate, and keep RIGHT at next junction on unmade road to start area.
From M62. Leave at Junction 24 for Halifax A629, follow Keighley signs in Halifax, then take LEFT onto A58 at large roundabout with traffic lights, THEN IMMEDIATLEY LEFT up to traffic lights, Right onto PELLON LANE. Pellon Lane becomes Pellon New Road becomes Moor End Road becomes Mount Tabor Road, Straight onto Cross Roads (with Inn on right ) Then LEFT at Delvers junction Proceed as others above.

After Filling Station at bottom of Salterhebble Hill fork RIGHT on to B6112 to Stainland - at first set of traffic lights turn RIGHT on to Rochdale Road, go up hill for 2.1 miles- as soon as road levels out, turn RIGHT up Lane between Post Box and Bus Shelter.
From Lancashire,A58 or A672 to Ripponden, After Traffic Lights RIGHT on to B6113 signed Elland. Go up hill past Fleece Pub on left- At fork immediately after Fleece Pub keep LEFT, then 1.2 miles. Turn LEFT up Lane between Bus Shelter and Post Box.
Dobb Park, Otley
From Keighley, Skipton, Ilkley, In to Otley on A659, LEFT at traffic lights on to B6451. Over River Bridge, then straight up hill for approx 2 mile to sharp right hand bend, then just before left hand bend take Right in to Dobb Park Road, proceed to start area on Right at bottom of hill.
From Poole in Wharfdale in to Otley on A659 RIGHT at Second set of traffic lights, then as above.
From Harrogate, Ripon, after going down Hopper Lane Hill on A59 take LEFT for Otley, up steep hill past Church. Carry on this road until you turn LEFT on to Dobb Park Road. Then as all others.

From KEIGHLEY take Halifax Road A629, at first mini roundabout take first SHARP LEFT on to Bingley Road. Left at top of Road, Proceed to Guide Inn.
From Halifax, to mini roundabout after passing refuge tip and log piles on A629 at Cross Roads Keighley. Take THIRD EXIT on to Bingley Road, then as above proceed to Guide Inn.

Bill Wilkinsons Land, Litton
Take B6265 from SKIPTON, Pass through RYLSTONE, CRACOE, THRESHFIELD, onto B6160 for KILNSEY. After Kilnsey take first LEFT (at Junction on Right Hand Bend) signed ARNCLIFFE. In Arncliffe follow signs for LITTON. Go through LITTON until you see venue on RIGHT.
Challaners Farm, Claremount, Halifax
From Skipton, Keighley, follow A629 into Halifax. At the traffic lights on the roundabout at the bottom of Keighley Rd, turn left over Burdock Way sign posted Leeds/Bradford A58. Climb the hill after the flyover and take 2nd left by the bollards into new Bank for Claremount. Take first left into Claremount Road and then right up a sharp climb just before the Liberal Club. Take a left between the houses at the top of the hill and follow the flags along a track to the farm on your right (1/2 mile).
From the M62 take the A58 at Chain Bar into Halifax. After the lights at Hipperholme turn left just before the campin shop and follow the road up past the back of Shibdon Park until it crosses the bridge over the A58 and joins Claremount Road. Directions then as above.
Cragg Vale above Mytholmroyd, West Yorkshire.
From Keighley area onto A6033 for Hebden Bridge, Left in Hebden Bridge onto A646 to Mytholmroyd. Right in Mytholmroyd onto B6138, continue on this road to top of hill, then Left for Sowerby Bridge. Venue on Left after approx one and half mile.
From Halifax, Left Mytholmroyd onto B6138, then as above.
From Littleborough take A58 (Halifax Road) after public house at top of hill take first Left onto B6138. Take first Right for Sowerby Bridge then as all others.
